| Prices are based on departures from Parry Sound Harbour. Flight times and tour routes are approximate, and are subject to change due to weather or other variables. Charter rates include one way transportation and 50 lbs. luggage per person. Excess luggage/cargo will be transported by arrangement. We attempt to satisfy our customers at all times, and for everyone’s safety, Pilot in Command decisions regarding aircraft loading, weather or other safety matters are not negotiable. |

| Air Charter/Tour Cancellation Policy |
|
| When the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the planned departure, no cancellation charges shall be levied. |
|
| When the cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to the planned departure of the first flight, 10% of the total air transportation contract price will be retained by Georgian Bay Airways Ltd. |
|
| When the cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to the planned departure of the first flight, 50% of the total air transportation contract price will be retained by Georgian Bay Airways Ltd. |
|
| No-show bookings are non-refundable. |
|
| Cancellations made by Georgian Bay Airways Ltd. are fully refundable. |
